We’ve started Boon with a vision: to enhance the natural ways people already give and receive support through their existing communities and make it easier for communities to be a force for good. As a human in this world, you are part of the many communities around you. Whether that’s your neighborhood, workplace, family, or group of friends - these communities are built on connection and trust, making them powerful catalysts for good.

People naturally contribute in three fundamental ways: through their time, goods, and money. Boon brings these forms of giving together in one place, creating a transparent ecosystem where every contribution is visible and meaningful.

Who is Boon for?

You will have seen on our homepage that Boon is meant to be helpful to many different kinds of people in the world. The way we look at it is that Boon is for these three main categories:

• Changemakers, the individuals looking to make a difference – Boon provides a platform to discover causes that matter to you, contribute in ways that fit your resources, and track your personal impact over time. Whether you prefer to volunteer, share useful items, or make financial contributions, there's no single "right way" to create positive change.

• Communities, the networks we're all naturally part of – Boon offers tools to harness collective power for good. When neighbors, colleagues, or friends combine efforts, impact multiplies. Communities can coordinate volunteer efforts, share resources, pool donations, and celebrate their collective achievements.

• Charities, the organizations doing vital work – Boon creates meaningful connections with supporters. Charities can share their stories, engage with communities through campaigns and events, and build trust through transparent reporting on needs and impact.
